The fastest way to reach us is through the community discussions and issue reports on this site. Every report is read by a real person on the team, and corrections or update requests posted there get priority — if you spot something outdated about ArtCraft, the free vibe-coded Adobe-suite alternative, that is the best place to flag it.

What to send us

• Corrections: wrong version numbers, broken official links, outdated feature claims.
• Update requests: a new release you want covered, a guide you would like written.
• Feedback: what helped you, what was confusing, what we should explain better.

We do not publish a public email address, and we do not offer one-to-one technical support for the software itself — for bugs in the apps, the projects' own GitHub pages and official communities are the right place. We aim to review new community submissions within a few days.

What happens after you write

Community submissions are reviewed in batches, usually within a few days. Corrections with a link to an official source go fastest — we can verify and publish those quickly. Longer requests, like a brand-new guide topic, go into the editorial queue and are weighed against what readers are asking for most.

Please do not send account credentials, license keys, or personal documents. We cannot help with those, and anything sensitive posted publicly will be removed for your own protection.
